Which sports are supported?+
Every sport ArenaFlow supports: badminton, tennis, pickleball, squash, table tennis, cricket, football, swimming, basketball, and more. Sport-specific scoring rules are pre-configured (sets/games for racquet sports, overs/wickets for cricket, goals for football, lap times for swimming). Custom scoring formats can be added.
Can I run an open tournament?+
Yes. The Open Tournaments add-on (₹999/mo) gives you a public registration page (shareable link), online entry-fee collection via Razorpay, external player onboarding without needing the app, auto-confirmations via WhatsApp + email, and live brackets that anyone can view. Used by academies running BWF-style ranking events.
How does live scoring work?+
The umpire opens the match on their phone (any phone, no specialist hardware). Taps the score after each point/over/goal. The bracket updates live. Parents and spectators can refresh the public bracket URL to see scores in real time. Match history with timestamps is preserved for audit.
Can I print certificates?+
Yes. When a bracket completes, ArenaFlow auto-generates certificates for every category (winner, runner-up, semi-finalists, all participants). Each certificate has your academy's logo and colours, the player's name, the event name, and the date. Download as PDF and print on any A4 printer, or share digital copies via WhatsApp.
Can external players register?+
Yes, with the Open Tournaments add-on. External players don't need to install the ArenaFlow app — they register via a public page, pay the entry fee online, and get a confirmation. Their match notifications go via WhatsApp / SMS to the phone they registered with. Useful for inter-academy events and city-wide opens.
Is the entry fee safe?+
Yes. Open Tournament entry fees are collected via Razorpay and settled directly to your academy's registered bank account on T+1. ArenaFlow doesn't take a cut. If the event is cancelled, you can issue refunds in bulk from the dashboard — they go back to the player's original payment source within 5-7 business days.
