Is fee collection included?+
Yes. Razorpay-powered online fee collection is core in every ArenaFlow plan from ₹289/month. Parents can pay via UPI, cards, netbanking, or wallets. There's no platform fee from ArenaFlow — you pay Razorpay's standard rate (around 2% for UPI/cards) directly.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?+
With the WhatsApp Pro add-on (₹799/month, 500 messages included), reminders go out automatically based on a schedule you configure once. A typical setup: due notice on day 1, friendly reminder on day 7, overdue notice on day 15. Each message has a one-tap Razorpay payment link inline. Receipts auto-share when payment lands.
Are invoices GST-compliant?+
Yes. Every ArenaFlow invoice to you is a proper Indian Tax Invoice with our GSTIN, CGST/SGST/IGST split, and HSN 999293 (sports coaching services). Receipts you generate for students can be configured with your academy's GSTIN if you're registered. Year-end GSTR-1 ready exports are one click away.
How fast does money reach my bank?+
Via Razorpay's standard T+1 settlement — fees collected today land in your registered bank account tomorrow (business days). ArenaFlow doesn't sit in the middle; the Razorpay account is registered in your academy's name.
Can I set different fees per batch?+
Yes. Each batch can have its own fee structure: monthly, quarterly, term-based, or one-time. Discounts can be applied per student (siblings, scholarships, staff kids). Late fees can be automatic with configurable grace periods. Advance payments and partial payments are both supported.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds are issued directly through Razorpay from your dashboard — usually credited back to the parent's source (UPI/card) within 5-7 business days. ArenaFlow logs every refund in the audit trail for reconciliation, and updates the student's fee record automatically.
Can I integrate with Tally / Zoho?+
Yes. Export reconciliation data in CSV format optimised for Tally import or Zoho Books. Each transaction includes Razorpay txn ID, GST split, HSN code, party name (student), and date — so your accountant has everything for monthly GSTR-1 filing. For deeper integration, the API Access add-on (₹999/mo) provides webhooks for real-time accounting sync.
What if parents refuse online payment?+
Cash and offline payments are still supported. Mark the payment manually in ArenaFlow as 'cash received' — it goes into the same reconciliation flow. Receipts can be printed or shared digitally regardless of payment method. Some academies use the WhatsApp reminders to slowly nudge cash-only parents toward UPI over a few months.
