01 ArenaFlow subscription fees

Free plan

The ArenaFlow free plan is free of charge. No fees are collected and no refunds apply.

Paid subscriptions

If you upgrade to a paid subscription:

  • First 3 days — full refund. If you cancel within 3 calendar days of your first paid subscription charge and you have not actively used premium features, we will refund the full amount.
  • After 3 days — no refund for the current period. Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. Your subscription will not auto-renew once cancelled, and your access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
  • Annual plans — prorated refund. If you cancel an annual plan after 30 days but before completion, we refund the remaining unused months minus a 20% processing fee. Months already used are non-refundable.

Errors and disputed charges

If you were charged in error (for example, your account was incorrectly billed twice for the same period, or a charge was made after you cancelled), we will refund the disputed amount in full within 7 working days of verification.

02 Fees collected by Academies from Parents

When Parents pay Academy fees through ArenaFlow, the funds are routed by Razorpay directly to the Academy's bank account. ArenaFlow neither holds these funds nor controls their use. Refund decisions are made by the Academy, not by ArenaFlow.

Parents: If you believe a fee was charged in error, or if you are entitled to a refund (for example, after withdrawing your child mid-month), please first contact the Academy directly. The Academy has full authority over fees collected. ArenaFlow cannot issue refunds on the Academy's behalf without their authorisation.

If the Academy authorises a refund, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Razorpay's standard refund timeline applies — typically 5 to 7 working days for UPI and 5 to 10 working days for cards.

03 Razorpay transaction charges

When an online payment is refunded, Razorpay may retain its transaction charges per its merchant agreement with the Academy. Any "convenience fee" that the Academy added to the original payment is also non-refundable, as it was already paid to Razorpay at the time of the original transaction.

04 How to request a refund

For ArenaFlow subscription refunds

Email billing@arenaflow.in from the email address registered with your account, including:

  • Your Academy name and registered email.
  • The transaction date and amount.
  • The reason for the refund request.

We respond within 2 working days and process approved refunds within 7 working days.

For fee refunds from Parents

Contact your Academy directly. The Academy will then initiate the refund through their ArenaFlow Owner dashboard if they approve it.

05 Chargebacks

We strongly prefer to resolve refund disputes through email rather than via card chargebacks. Raising a chargeback for a transaction we would otherwise refund without dispute incurs Razorpay's chargeback investigation fee, which we may pass on to your account.
