How to cancel your ArenaFlow subscription, and what happens after.
You can cancel your ArenaFlow subscription at any time:
Cancellation requests are processed within 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is recorded.
If you have already paid for a subscription period (monthly or annual), you retain full access until the end of that period. Auto-renewal is disabled immediately on cancellation.
After your paid period ends, your account is automatically converted to the free plan. Most core features remain available. Premium-only features become read-only or are disabled. No further charges are made.
Cancellation alone does not delete your data — it stops billing and downgrades your plan. To delete all data permanently, see our Delete Account page.
If you intend to leave ArenaFlow entirely (not just cancel paid features), we provide a 30-day data export window after your subscription ends. During this window you can export:
Use Owner dashboard → Settings → Export Data, or email support@arenaflow.in to request an export.
We may cancel or suspend your subscription under the circumstances described in Section 10 of our Terms of Service. If we cancel for non-payment, you have 30 days to update your payment and resume the subscription before data is permanently deleted.
