Cancellation Policy.

01 How to cancel

You can cancel your ArenaFlow subscription at any time:

• By email: send a cancellation request from your registered email to billing@arenaflow.in with your Academy name. We confirm cancellation within 2 working days.
• By Text/WhatsApp/Call: +918459826554

Cancellation requests are processed within 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is recorded.

02 What happens after you cancel

Access continues to the end of the paid period

If you have already paid for a subscription period (monthly or annual), you retain full access until the end of that period. Auto-renewal is disabled immediately on cancellation.

Free plan continues

After your paid period ends, your account is automatically converted to the free plan. Most core features remain available. Premium-only features become read-only or are disabled. No further charges are made.

If you want to delete data too

Cancellation alone does not delete your data — it stops billing and downgrades your plan. To delete all data permanently, see our Delete Account page.

03 Data export window

If you intend to leave ArenaFlow entirely (not just cancel paid features), we provide a 30-day data export window after your subscription ends. During this window you can export:

• Student lists (CSV)
• Attendance records (CSV)
• Fee payment history (CSV)
• Batch configurations (CSV)

Use Owner dashboard → Settings → Export Data, or email support@arenaflow.in to request an export.

04 Effect on Coaches, Students and Parents

• Coaches linked to your Academy lose access when their Academy's subscription is cancelled (immediately if you downgrade past the free plan limit; otherwise at the end of the paid period).
• Students and Parents retain access to view their own attendance and payment history on the free plan. If your Academy fully terminates and the account is deleted, their access ends with it.

05 Cancellation by ArenaFlow

We may cancel or suspend your subscription under the circumstances described in Section 10 of our Terms of Service. If we cancel for non-payment, you have 30 days to update your payment and resume the subscription before data is permanently deleted.
