Delete Account — ArenaFlow

01 Who we are

Option A — from inside the app (fastest)

Open ArenaFlow.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account.
Re-enter your password to confirm.
Tap Delete permanently.

Your account is queued for deletion immediately. Full deletion completes within 30 days as described below.

Option B — by email

If you cannot access the in-app option, email privacy@arenaflow.in from the email address registered with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

Include:

Your full name as registered with ArenaFlow.
Your registered phone number.
Your Academy name (if you are an Owner) or the name of the Academy your child attends (if you are a Parent or Student).

We verify the request and confirm deletion within 7 working days.

02 What gets deleted

If you are…	What is deleted
An Academy Owner	Your owner account, your Academy's tenant database (all Students, Coaches, Parents, Batches, Announcements), profile photo, push tokens. Coaches and Parents linked to your Academy lose access. Past Students should export their attendance/fee history before you delete.
A Coach	Your user account, access permissions to the Academy, profile photo, push token. The Academy retains attendance you marked, since that is the Academy's record.
A Parent or Student	Your login account, password, email, photo, push token. Your Academy retains your attendance and fee history, since those are the Academy's records under Indian tax law. To remove those records you must request deletion from the Academy directly.

03 What is retained, and why

The following information is retained even after account deletion:

Financial transaction records — fee payment receipts, invoices, GST records. Retained for 8 financial years per Indian Income Tax Act and GST law.
Anonymised support tickets — emails you sent to support, with your name and contact information redacted. Retained for 3 years for service quality auditing.
Razorpay transaction logs — these are held by Razorpay under its own retention rules (typically 7 years for KYC and AML compliance). Deletion of your ArenaFlow account does not delete records held by Razorpay.

05 Cancellation vs deletion

Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting an account.

Cancel subscription — stops billing, downgrades to free plan. Data remains. See Cancellation Policy.
Delete account — permanently removes your account and data (this page).

06 After deletion

You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
You can sign up again with the same email or phone number — it will be treated as an entirely new account.
Push notifications stop within 24 hours of the request.
