Is multi-location really free?+
Yes. Unlimited centres are included on every ArenaFlow plan, including the ₹289 starter tier. Pricing scales by total student count across all your centres — not by centre count. This is rare in Indian academy software; most competitors charge a premium tier or per-centre fee for this.
How does pricing work for chains?+
You pay for total students across all centres combined. A 200-player chain across 3 centres pays the ₹2,299 tier (101-200 students). A 350-player chain across 5 centres pays the ₹3,999 tier (301-500 students). Once you cross ~300 students, the Enterprise per-player plan (₹49/player/mo) often works out cheaper.
Can managers see only their centre?+
Yes. Sub-owner and manager roles can be scoped per centre. A Wakad centre manager sees Wakad's full data — players, attendance, fees, P&L — but nothing from Pune Main or Mumbai centres. Owners can grant cross-centre access selectively. Audit logs show who accessed what.
How does per-centre P&L work?+
Revenue per centre comes automatically from your fee collection. Expenses (coach salaries, rent, equipment, marketing) are tagged to centres as you log them. ArenaFlow shows real-time net P&L per centre, month-over-month, and a 12-month trend. Useful for deciding which centres to invest in vs which need management attention.
What about cross-centre visits?+
Their primary centre stays unchanged. When they tap in at another centre (during a tournament, holiday camp, or temporary relocation), ArenaFlow records the visit under the host centre while keeping their roll on their home centre. No double-billing, no confused parent. Clean attendance audit.
Does it work for franchises?+
Yes. Each franchisee can be set up as a sub-owner with full operational control of their centre, but the parent academy retains owner-level visibility, branding control, and the ability to push updates. Some franchise models bill the franchisee a percentage of their revenue — that can be configured as an automated transfer.
Multiple cities across India?+
Yes. Each centre can have its own city, address, GSTIN (if required), and bank account for Razorpay settlements. Reports can be filtered by city, region, or zone. Useful for chains with state-level structures — North zone, South zone — or for franchisees who want consolidated GST reporting.
Can I add a centre mid-month?+
Yes. Adding a centre takes about 5 minutes — give it a name, address, primary contact, and you're done. Students assigned to the new centre start counting toward your monthly student total from the day they're added. No data migration needed; the new centre integrates immediately into your existing dashboard.
