Is multi-location and white-label really free?+
Yes. Unlimited locations and full white-label branding (your logo, colours, academy name on the app) are included on every paid plan — even the ₹249 tier. Most competitors charge a premium for both.
How does per-student pricing actually work?+
We bill on the 1st of each month for the previous month's peak student count. 45 students last month = the 36–50 tier (₹599). Cross a boundary mid-month and we use the higher count for that period. Plus ₹100/mo per owner or manager, ₹50/mo per coach, 18% GST where applicable.
What's core vs an add-on?+
Core (every plan): students, coaches, batches, attendance (manual + QR), Razorpay fees, enquiries, reports, parent portal, multi-location, white-label, web console. Add-ons (₹299–₹999/mo): RFID, WhatsApp Pro, Tournaments, Coach Assessments, Open Tournaments, API. Add only what you use.
Which sports does ArenaFlow support?+
Badminton, Tennis, Pickleball, Paddleball, Squash, Table Tennis, Cricket, Football, Swimming, Basketball and more. Multi-sport academies can configure each sport with its own batches, skill trees and coach assignments.
Can I migrate from BadmintonBuddy?+
Yes. Export your students, fees and attendance to CSV/Excel — our team imports everything for you. Most migrations finish in 48 hours. Your first month on ArenaFlow is free as part of the migration offer.
Do you provide GST-compliant invoices?+
Yes. Every invoice we issue is a proper Indian tax invoice with our GSTIN, and fee receipts you generate for students can be configured with your academy's GSTIN if applicable.
Is my data safe?+
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. It's yours — we never share, sell, or cross-use it. You can export everything any time in CSV or Excel.
